Regional Training Manager - Charlotte

The Regional Training Manager will be responsible for driving results for the client through effective training and coaching of their partner dealerships. This role is a working manager of a team of Field Trainers. They will lead the team by example in delivery of new training programs. The Regional Training Manager will also interact with Client’s Fixed Ops personnel to develop execution plans for training programs.

Candidates should have Service Consultant/Management experience at an automotive dealership. Candidates must have leadership experience, excellent facilitation skills, and a “client-first” attitude.


  • Manage team of Field Trainers to ensure effective service to Client dealerships
  • Train dealer teams on information and methods to support new service initiatives, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge, and maintaining client presentation standards.
  • Provide exceptional client service and follow-up with all stakeholders; interact with regional Client representatives to review feedback and ensure optimal service
  • Become the product expert on all aspects of the client's service offering, including tools, technology, best practices, computer system, etc.
  • Review reports/dashboards of assigned Field Trainer dealer performance; establish plans for addressing underperforming dealers
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • Minimum 5 years dealership training/management experience, service/fixed ops experience preferred
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
  • Extensive Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with social media and digital marketing strategies
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to engage dealership personnel at all levels (including management) and respond to questions/concerns in a positive manner
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Must be flexible enough to respond positively to changes in schedule based on the needs of the Client
  • Available to travel 50-75%
  • Ability to stand/walk up to 100% of shift
  • Frequently required to walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch
  • Ability to climb stairs as necessary
