Concierge Specialist (Bilingual: French or German)

Jackson Dawson is seeking a dynamic Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for legendary customer service and am entrepreneurial spirit.

In this role, you will be responsible for the customer handling and vehicle process management in respect to the owners of a limited production super car! In addition, you would help support the vehicle owner in every aspect of the vehicle throughout the life of the vehicle or duration of ownership. Communication with the customers is done over the phone and by email from our office.


  • Effectively manage program timelines and communication
  • Act as day-to-day point of contact for all aspects of the program for the customers – one call, whatever the situation, comes to you
  • Program planning, activation and measurement to ensure quality and accuracy to provide the best luxury client experience
  • Obtain proficiency with the project database and systems
  • Daily communication with the Program HQ and overall Project management team
  • CRM knowledge and understanding
  • Ability to articulate, communicate and present cogently to A List people from all areas of industry – from pop-stars to financiers
  • Use data and measurement for forward planning
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor


  • Must be fluent in English and French or German (written and verbal)
  • At least 5 years’ experience working within the luxury hospitality sector either agency or venue, or brand (ex. Hotel or Airline)
  • Previous experience with the ability to show evidence of complex high-end customer handling and issue resolution
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferred
  • Professional appearance / manner
  • Well-spoken and presentable
  • Strong written skills
  • Gear head mentality and strong passion for cars and motorsports
  • Service orientated and client focused
  • Understanding or experience of delivering exceptional levels of customer service and hospitality
  • Strong leadership ability and ability to get on with people at all levels
  • Very well organized
  • Unfazed by tight deadlines and conflicting priorities and remain calm and collected under pressure
  • Ability to write clear and concise reports
  • Influencing skills
  • Highly organized, with exceptional administration skills and flawless attention to detail
  • Ability to stand/walk up to 100% of shift
  • Frequently required to walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch
  • Ability to climb stairs as necessary
