Call Center Rep. - Bilingual English & Portuguese, (Part-Time)

Location: Dearborn, MI

Overview

Jackson Dawson is looking for a Customer Service Representative who is fluent in both English and Portuguese to support customer and dealer communications as it relates to program services. The candidate will be responsible for inbound and outbound calls, written and verbal communications with dealers and customers. The ideal candidate is well versed in dealer operations and will have a technical automotive background.

Responsibilities

  • Navigate various CRM systems and log relevant, timely, and detailed information
  • Call customers utilizing scripted messaging and talking points
  • Contact internal and external parties as needed to gather information to clearly communicate to customers
  • Continually monitor assigned customer groups and overall program progress to forward, plan, and alert team members of potential future hurdles
  • Provide daily updates to team lead
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working within customer service, luxury hospitality, or the automotive industry
  • Speaks, understands, writes fluent English and Portuguese
  • Automotive experience preferred
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle high-profile customers with the highest level of professionalism
  • Ability to effectively prioritize requests based on available resources
  • Ability to track multiple open cases and ensure steps are completed for each

Work Environment

  • Ability to sit in a typical office environment for long periods in excess of 4-6 hours
  • Strong visual acuity and ability to read and understand on computer screens and paper
  • Ability to lift or more objects up to 10 pounds
